PU Products Features
Polyurethane (PU) is a unique material that offers the elasticity of rubber combined with the toughness and durability of metal. It can be manufactured in a variety of hardness, ranging from rubber band soft to bowling ball hard. Depending on the  durometer, urethane can elongate up to 800% and returns to its’ original dimension without a significant loss of memory.

ABS Products Features
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is a common thermoplastic used widely to make light, rigid, molded products in various automotive and non automotive components.

However, ABS has many grade and not all grade is the same ! We use only high grade pure automotive ABS resin sheet imported from Japan to ensure our parts meet stringent quality standard. Pure ABS means there is no recycle materials mix in the process of producing the ABS sheets to ensure the part quality. Some factory uses cheaper grade of non-automotive grade of ABS resin or mixed recycle materials and claim to be the same as ours, but the fact is not.

Bodykits materials comparison

Definition Pros Cons
Fiberglass Composite material made from glass fibers clothes which is relatively cheap. Usually hand make and quality and parts consistency depend on worker skill,
Cheap to produce
Light weight
Rigidity allows for more customization.
-Small volume or single set production.
 Breaks easily
Requires a lot of prep work for best finish.
– Parts may warps over time under heat.
Polyurethane Thick, organic resin-based polymer material
Very flexible and durable
Good fitment and easy to install.
– High temperature resistant.
Heavier than other bodykits materials.
Difficult to repair
Carbon Fiber Composite material made of weaved carbon filaments covered with a clear resin
Spectacular 3D looks
Finished product-no painting required
Expensive
Not repairable( crack easily)
FRP Composite Fiber-Reinforced Polymer. Also known as Poly-Fiber or PU Fiber which are usually hand make like Fiberglass.
Light weight.
– Cheap to produce
Rigidity allows for more extreme styles
Requires extra prep work for best finish.
– Break easily.

-Parts may warp over time under heat.

ABS Plastic Petroleum-based thermoplastic material; commonly used on automotive parts and components.
Good fitment
Durable
Difficult to repair
